INVESTMENT UPDATE

FALCON 5 APRIL 29, 2020

THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER FROM HEINZ HAUNSCHILD, THE CEO OF GPG, FOR INVESTORS IN THE HOLDUN FALCON 5 FUND.

Dear Investors,

As promised in our last email, we would like to give you another update on Falcon 5. A number of countries now look set to lift the suspensions placed on football leagues as a result of CoVID- 19 with Japan, Germany and Poland looking to restart their respective leagues as early as May 9th, 2020.

At present, we have one active league (Belarus) which has been added to the Falcon 5 portfolio after 4 weeks of research, bringing the total number of leagues in the portfolio to 50.

LEAGUES RESUMING IN MAY

  • Belarus (active)
  • Japan 1 and 2
  • German Bundesliga 1 and 2
  • Poland
  • Austria 1 and 2
  • Switzerland 1 and 2
  • China

LEAGUES RESUMING IN JUNE (at the latest)

  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Norway
  • Turkey

With the financial implications of an unfinished season hanging over clubs and leagues in Italy, Portugal, UK and Spain, pressure mounts on league organisers to find a viable solution to the backlog of fixtures, raising expectation of a season finale in these major leagues later in the summer.

As a result of the re-emergence of liquidity in the betting market, and the expectation that leagues will continue to reopen over the coming weeks, it is our intention to continue to participate in the market over the near-term, availing of opportunities as countries close out their 2020 season. The extended Falcon 5 season will now run to the 19th of July.
